Hooray, it’s my very first blogpost! And what better way to start off than with The Oscars! Celebrities, glamour, fashion, films, music, photos. All my favourite things, all rolled into one! I have to admit though, I haven’t seen any of this year’s films, nor have I watched the actual ceremony (no live coverage over here in Holland, unfortunately, due to rights agreements).
Non the less, the best part about The Oscars, I find, is the Red Carpet. It’s always a great surprise to see what everyone is wearing. This year many chose either pastels and nudes or a statement colour. And then there’s the occasional Black and/or White. Here’s my list of ‘Best Dressed’:

Rosamund Pike looked absolutely stunning in bold red!
- Emma Stone shone in a glittery yellow (or is it greenish?) 20’s gown.
- Anna Kendrick wore a very simple coral dress. Less is more.
- Gwyneth Paltrow chose a very beautiful, elegant dress with rose detail.
- Lady Gaga looked daring in her bright white statement dress with sexy red details.

Of course, no ‘Best Dressed’ without the ‘Worst Dressed’ at The Oscars 2015. I’m not a fan of these Red Carpet looks… especially Nicole Kidman’s and Marion Cottilard’s dresses. Such classy ladies, but their dresses? No, just no. And Isan Elba. Oh my! Her dress looked just cheap. Such a shame! What do you think?
